There is only one Brother MFC-4650 toner cartridge in this unit, and it is black.  Replacements will be needed after approximately 2,200 pages have been printed.  These can be found from the manufacturer or online from third party vendors.  The alternative remanufactured versions will save users money and still give the same high-quality results.  Overall, the Brother MFC-4650 is a winner.
